The Formula one class in car racing is currently decaying and suffering under the weight of all regulations that are in place.
There is very little room for groundbreaking development and the cost ceiling for development isn't making things better.
Of course there has to be regulations, but they should concern issues that everyone can agree on and of course always take the safety of both drivers and spectators into account.

But you have to give him some credit for admitting the mistake, and it's actually not unexpected at all that it could happen due to the fact that the bottles look similar.
And now it has been realized that the judge in the Pirate Bay trial may have been biased.
Considering the penalty level it's not really surprising if that really was the case.
And it should be in the interest for both parties that the judge in the case wasn't biased, because if there is a suspicion of bias then the verdict may be considered even more incorrect and inaccurate.
I'm not questioning the right of the works themselves, just that this trial has been targeting the wrong persons and it may even have consequences for other search engines and online directories.
